There 48 hour diagnostic period is unrealistic and causes customers undo stress. I brought my vehicle in on appointment at 7:30 am on Monday it was not looked at till Tuesday. Which means I spent 2 days with customers undo stress. I brought my vehicle in on appointment at 7:30 am on Monday it was not looked at till Tuesday.
