Tuesday afternoon still no call from advisor, I send him a text then later an email, finally get a call Wed. morning saying my truck was done. That is not the way to keep a customer informed on their vehicle! When I was a service writer at a local Honda dealer we were required to talk with our customers everyday in the status of their vehicle! More
