I started with Katie then Katie was off and I tried calling multiple times to get someone to help me and no one would call me back. I finally called to talk with a Service Mgr and I got Tim because the calling multiple times to get someone to help me and no one would call me back. I finally called to talk with a Service Mgr and I got Tim because the Nora were not available and finally someone was willing to tell me what was going on with my truck and complete the service - so then I brought my Gladiator to him as well! You should have a BETTER system to handle a service when someone has off days! One guy was down right ridiculous that 'if he found time between his customers he would call back if he could!' (And no he never called back) We are ALL CDJR customers don't make be feel like I have to wait for you to bless me with help! More

Carlos did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle. He had the tech come out and explain the issues he encountered while aligning my car and what my options were.
