You are correct in assuming that if you were to submit the survey that may be sent to you from our parent company, FCA Stellantis, Blaine would receive bad scores. Blaine should have gone over every aspect of your service with you when your vehicle was completed. Hi Cheryl, I just spoke with Blaine and have revised my review. My disappointment was due to my misunderstanding and had nothing to do with his performance. Thank you all for taking your customer service so seriously. A while back, I had an issue with this service department, which wasn’t handled with this kind of care, so I deeply appreciate the focus on customer service.
