When my truck was done in the service center I would have never known had I not called. They don’t call you when it’s done. When I went to pick it up they couldn’t find my paperwork. Also when I bought the truck it’s not what I went to buy. They showed me a gladiator which is what I originally wanted. Talked me into it then when I went to get it they said there wasn’t enough rebates on it for me to get into it. So they talked me into a truck which was a newer version of what I traded in. They will swindle you. More

I had reached out on line over a month ago and she was very nice and promised to followup if she found a car that met my needs... and she did. Everyone we met was very personal and likeable. The music is good. The dealership pricing was ok. Unfortunately, my trade was valued very low by the manager and in retrospect I shouldn't have traded my car in. We waited an unusually long time to execute the entire transaction. The detailing of my new to me car was nice with the outside beautifully shined and the inside looked great. Only rear the inside of the door Frame could be a little better. More

I started exactly what I needed done. They basically ignored what I said. I didn't need another visual inspection of my vehicle.
