Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. As I checked over the vehicle after it had been returned to me, I found all four black wheels had been damaged due to the tools used to remove the w As I checked over the vehicle after it had been returned to me, I found all four black wheels had been damaged due to the tools used to remove the wheels. As an owner who keeps excellent care of their vehicle, this was very upsetting. And the fact that if I had left the dealership without personally inspecting it first, this would not have been even revealed to me at all. Find it difficult to believe the technician who worked on my vehicle did not notice the damage caused. Also, the technician did not return the dashboard setting to its original setting after completing the oil change information update. I had to drive back up to the service desk area and ask for assistance with it. Very disappointed in the servicer department this trip! And now I am inconvenienced with having to bring my vehicle back in for the mobile detailer (whoever that is....) to make the repairs hopefully to my satisfaction! More
