I recently had my 21 Durango in for routine service and for two recalls, one of which required replacing my rear spoiler with a new painted piece and all the work was performed as planned and on schedule. for two recalls, one of which required replacing my rear spoiler with a new painted piece and all the work was performed as planned and on schedule. My service rep Jose Valdes provided me with a loaner vehicle since the spoiler took a few days to paint & install, and he kept me up to date on the status as well.
