Got off to bumpy start. Closed dealership on Friday 10/11 had to return car 10/14. Supposed to receive car next Monday. While living literally 5 minutes from a certain Dodge dealership I drive 16 miles one way to Leesburg for service ,we had also purchased a used jeep from these guys. While waiting for my Ram to be serviced I also was exploring the possibility of moving up to a Rocky ridge, again the sales dept guys were also great however my wife would of not been happy. More

My car was taken in to be repaired for a oil switch on the engine and it wind up replacing my air compressor also which it didn’t need very disappointed top of that received the bill so high that they fin the engine and it wind up replacing my air compressor also which it didn’t need very disappointed top of that received the bill so high that they finally refunded me $400 of that bill, but it took close to a month to get the $400 . Not happy. More

The service center has changed since Bill Bryant. Taking my car in for oil change and there is always an up-sale of service that was not planned. I will not be getting my service there again.
