Had my pro master 3500 in last week for an issue while they found nothing last week I did bring it back this week as the issue expanded. They seemed to have found something. I will be waiting for more new they found nothing last week I did bring it back this week as the issue expanded. They seemed to have found something. I will be waiting for more news to see if there’s any further damage. I am hoping that they will go through this vehicle thoroughly in all things related to this issue to make sure the cause of the issue is found versus just the end result fixed. I am also hoping that any item related to this or even close to it is also followed up with in case any of that is left hanging. As in the past and so far this dealership has been great to me. I think this will be a test to see how well they know their stuff. We all know things can go wrong, Hoping all their training is able to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. I went into service dept. it was my first time so I am just standing waiting on someone to help me finally someone stops and ask what I need said I was here to get my car serv it was my first time so I am just standing waiting on someone to help me finally someone stops and ask what I need said I was here to get my car service so he looked it up and Carlos was my advisor I was standing right in front of him and he said sorry he was training someone and took my keys went to car. I finally caught up with him to tell him some other concerns I had. Then I said I need a ride home and he said go sit in lounge so I waited 30 minutes then went back to Carlos to ask why taken so long. Said driver is in Leesburg then he said they could get a uber and they will pay. But I figured it should not be to long took another hour. I sure hope my next service well be better. More
