Made the appointment for recommend service, oil change and tire rotation. The service rep noted the 39,000 mile serviced had not been done at the previous appointment in 12/24. I was disappointed to learn the service was not performed in 12/24 and at this appointment on 5/8/25. I had to make another appointment for 5/1//25 to get the 30,000 mile service which is over due by 14 ooo miles. I’m thankful Ryan, the service rep pointed this matter out, but not pleased the service was not performed in 12/25. The inspection, oil change , and tire rotation was done well. More
