I hope someday this service center gets it together. First of all when I scheduled my appointment evidently it was not put on the schedule. Luckily Kobe called me again to let me know my part was in and I told him I had already scheduled my appointment., When he tried to look up my appointment he said he didn't see it on the schedule but he kindly put it on the schedule for me. When my husband took my car for my scheduled appointment he was rudely told at one point when trying to find out when they would be done, someone told him that it doesn't matter if we have an appointment or not at a scheduled time. They would get to the car when ever they do. This is the most disappointing service center that we have ever had to deal with. Kobe has always helped out and is a great service tech. I have no complaint about him. He has always been helpful. I don't that if you have a scheduled appointment it should always take 3 or more hours to complete, even for a simple oil change. More

Customer Service is easy when everything goes as plan. After waiting two and a half hours for the Service Department to correct a recall, I was told they were unable to communicate with CJD's server in o After waiting two and a half hours for the Service Department to correct a recall, I was told they were unable to communicate with CJD's server in order to download the software used to correct the recall. Although clearly out of their control, Blaine came to me and asked how they could make it right. Two days later, Blaine and his team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired without any additional effort on my part. In my opinion, Blaine and the Dealership showed true customer service when it mattered the most. More
