I have always had a great relationship with this dealership. My husband and I moved to Leesburg in 2000 and this is the only dealership we have used and have purchased at least 11 too 15 vehicles in dealership. My husband passed away two years ago and I traded in our handicapped equipped van and purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee which I am so in love with. Most of the sales people we dealt with are now gone but I still come back. I was so sorry to hear about Billy Berg he was one of our favorites as well as Mark Buehll ( hope I have his name right) they are great people. More

I called on Monday morning to set up for your shuttle to pick me up and your service answering person said that she would leave a message with your service personnel to call me back since no one in service pick me up and your service answering person said that she would leave a message with your service personnel to call me back since no one in service would answer her. This same scene repeated itself SIX more times! ( I called every 45 min ).Finally on the seventh attempt I was able to talk to service and set a pick up. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Extremely rude employee. Jeep was in the shop for over 20 days. Very limited contact zero returned calls about vehicle. When picking up.
