Started out rocky as I was in the “wrong” lane upon arrival. After almost an hour of being ignored things quickly turned for the better. Otto is fantastic! The service video outstanding! We did a drop-off for an oil change. Kobe checked the car in as soon as he got off the phone. He was quick, efficient and courteous. We went on to an appointment expecting to wait once w Kobe checked the car in as soon as he got off the phone. He was quick, efficient and courteous. We went on to an appointment expecting to wait once we returned to the dealership. Wrong! The mechanic sent the video of the inspection then apparently went to work. We were messaged that the vehicle was ready before we even left the appointment! Upon arrival, Carlos helped us out until Kobe was available. He went over all info with us, including recommendations, without trying to up sell on unnecessary things. We appreciated the way the entire experience was handled and for the professionals we encountered. Thanks, Kobe! More

Blaine was very nice. My one complaint was that communication was very poor. I called and left multiple messages with no response.
