The service representative did a great job, the service on my transmission did not. The transmission pan was leaking fluid. The dealership towed it back to their shop and fixed the leak. Carlos was exxcellent keeping me in touch with the service on my car and the wait time ( 8 hrs). I REALLY ENJOYED the video from the service mechanic regarding the progress of my auto.
