I have been a client with this business for 15 yrs have purchased several vehicles and to charge $75 for a $3 valve stem your part number is highway robbery I have all types of service agreements/warrantie purchased several vehicles and to charge $75 for a $3 valve stem your part number is highway robbery I have all types of service agreements/warranties on this vehicle including the tire warranty this truck that has 13,000 miles on it and just turned 3 yrs old. This is very poor business practice to treat a loyal customer this way. I fully believe the old ownership would have fixed this without a charge, we have spent several thousands of dollars with this dealership. To top it off, I have have been waiting over two years for a part (ABS modual) to fix my 2018 truck. Now the wait has been pushed out to March of 2024 for the part to come in. This part is a safety feature and I have choose to not leave at the dealership and for you to give a rental saving you thousands of dollars. Because it failed under warrant (Dodge's/Rams) This will be the forth unit to be put on this 2018 truck with 24,000 miles on it. These trucks are in excellent condition. More
