It was prices right ,it was in excellent condition. The service dept found a couple of things wrong, but it was fixed right away. The mechanic did a wonderful job, he explained everything to us very clear. Mike our sales person was kind and very helpful. This place is like a family and treated us the same. This was the best experience we have ever have at a car dealership. The detail crew was awesome the truck was so pretty. It was very clean and it shined. Excellent job. Excellent Service Having not used this service center before, I was a little nervous having my Buick Lacrosse towed there after it broke down about 5 miles away. Withi Having not used this service center before, I was a little nervous having my Buick Lacrosse towed there after it broke down about 5 miles away. Within minutes of me arriving, the service department already had my car on the machine to see what the issue was. It was Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. I was sure whatever they found would not be fixed until Monday. About 20 minutes later, one of the staff advised me what the problem, was, how much the repairs would be and that they would start working on it right then, assuring me I did not need a rental car for the weekend. I even asked if they could add an oil change in to what was being done. In about an hour, my car was ready. Everyone I encountered at Colonial was friendly and welcoming. This will be where I have all of my service done going forward. More
