Simona was wonderful! She was not pushy and showed us several options. We orignially came in just to look at a used car but ended up with a brand new one! How exciting! several options. We orignially came in just to look at a used car but ended up with a brand new one! How exciting! More

First visit with 1989 Bonneville with over 190,000 miles for brake change. a job i can do myself, but didn't have a garage. I knew it'd only take about 30-45 minutes, but it took them over 4 hours. I was for brake change. a job i can do myself, but didn't have a garage. I knew it'd only take about 30-45 minutes, but it took them over 4 hours. I was never informed of its status, and was shocked when the price came to $190, for an $80 brake job...what was wrong? I still don't know, and I know A LOT about cars.

Second visit was for sales to replace old Bonnie, sales staff was incompetent. Was most interested in Chevy Impala, but sales guy press for Malibu. After repeated attempts to tell the guy, "I'll buy an Impala today, but no Malibu for me." He continued to press, and i walked out, and bought my Saturn---grrrrreat experience.

Third visit with 2004 Saturn Ion for first oil change (didn't want to drive 60 miles to closest Saturn Dealer, figured GM is GM). Called and made appointment for 7:30am. Arrived and no appointment had been noted. after searching around for a while, she asked what car i had, I said a Saturn, then she realized that she hadn't written it down yet (but i called yesterday...?). She said she'd get me taken care of, anyway. One hour and thirty minutes later, the car is finally ready. pay and go. get to my car, the seat is all messed up, there's paper ID tag's hanging on the rearview, stupid paper floor mat is soaking wet and torn--had not done its job (it was raining).

In the end, I've decided that I was a fool to bring my car to this dealer after the previous faux pas. And vow to forever drive my car to Saturn of West Broad instead, I know my car and I will be treated fairly and respectively. More
