Received a call the following day to set up an appointment to see it in person and test drive, the vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived and dealer was very pleasant to deal with. Test drove it for 2 days to be sure I wanted it 100% , even though my heart was set when I walked in :) I was skeptical about trading in my truck after 10 years of history with it but knew it was time for an upgrade and Sam made me feel ok with it even though I was scared of a payment after so many years without one! Van worked miracles to get my payments where I needed them and gave pointers for rebuilding my credit which was low from bankruptcy and foreclosure. The few things I requested were done quickly within a week and each time I returned my new vehicle was washed and filled with gas, plus was given a rental while the towing package was installed .This was awesome as with snow and recent salt roads it was filthy, lol I was confident I wanted to purchase from colonial because of my first experience 15 years prior. I had been to other dealers and would never go back even if they had a car I wanted but would highly recommend Colonial Auto to anyone customer service all around was top notch. More
