Well, no one likes to have a problem with a vehicle they just purchased. However; a gremlin decided to raise its ugly head and provide us with a problem. So two days after our purchase we are back to see if they might capture and remove the gremlin! Again, I cannot say enough about our treatment. It seemed that everyone we encountered appeared to be more upset over this than we were. Bob Kemp told us as we departed Colonial, the day we purchased the vehicle, to always remember he worked for us as long as we owned this vehicle, and believe me he has shown he meant just that. During the time the vehicle was in service I received updates daily from Bob. Now as to the Service Department. Nick Kennedy and his crew set forth to locate and remove the gremlin that was causing the problem, and while doing this supplied us a vehicle to use during the time our vehicle was being tended to. I am very happy to report the problem was located and fixed, and in addition they went further and replaced some other items they felt may have been affected, even though the test indicated these items were operating fine. I would also point out that while Bob Kemp stayed in touch daily so did Nick. We did purchase an extended warranty on our vehicle. Colonial did not use or charge this to our extended warranty, instead they took the position that during the inspection of the vehicle if this problem had been detected they would have addressed it before it was put on the line for sale!! How refreshing.....honesty!!!!!!!!! Everyone involved in this issue went the extra mile and captured and removed the gremlin from under the hood! When Colonial says they treat you like a family member, that is exactly what they do. This has been an outstanding experience of loyalty to the customer.....keep it up Colonial!!!!!!! More

He worked with me for close to 7 days over the phone, via email, and in-person to find the perfect car to fit our budget. He single-handedly restored my confidence in Nissan (I had a terrible experience at a Nissan dealership in New Jersey back in 2007) and he just may be the only salesman we use going forward. We have already recommended him to a few people and will be going back to him soon for our second car! More

After describing my requirements to Levi, he shows me a really good deal with a nissan altima and we try it on 29. Love it and get it quicky. Scott from Finance made a really good offer for the extension and all the team was really friendly. While I'm not planning to change any soon my car, I will definitely go back if I need to. I already recommend Colonial to others. More

Sam was knowledgeable about the car and was very professional and helpful (as well as being a really nice guy). We would recommend him to all prospective purchasers at Colonial. At the end of the process, we love the car and were impressed with Colonial's atmosphere and attention to customer service (without pressure) at every step along the way. Thanks to Sam Poticha in Sales and Scott Draper in Finance for a truly pleasant car-buying experience. More

My wife and I traveled to the dealership arriving around 4pm and left later in the evening in our new vehicle. Bob was outstanding to work with as was Scott. From the time we entered the dealership we where treated as we were the most important people to arrive. When they say we treat you like family that is just what they do. THIS IS AN OUTSTANDING BUNCH OF PEOPLE AND DEALERSHIP!!!!!! More

He got me setup to take it out for a test drive and when I arrived back he worked a fair deal! I was then passed along to Scott in Finance (while JR got it cleaned up and tank full of gas) who made the paperwork process a breeze! I have purchased many cars and this by far has been the best purchase to date! I highly recommend Colonial and their professional team of associates! If you’re looking to purchase a car, I’d definitely see JR and Scott! They will treat ya right! More

My first time purchasing a car solo; he was honest, not pushy and ready to help in any way...Advice, laughs, fresh coffee, multiple test drives, changing my mind....HaHa!! I found the car, but needed a little time to work out my financing; Bob and I communicated the whole time, he put SOLD on my car and 10 days later the deal was done and I drove away happy, very happy. Scott Draper in Finance was so easier to work with too. More
Colonial, and Simona, to the rescue Recently, my Mother became in need of a newer car. Her old car was a 1996 Lincoln Town Car and she had discussed with me that at her age (80) she felt Recently, my Mother became in need of a newer car. Her old car was a 1996 Lincoln Town Car and she had discussed with me that at her age (80) she felt she needed to down size a little bit and at the same time find something quite a bit newer. Well, that time finally came as she suffered her first ever accident and her old Lincoln was beyond reasonable repair. Her neighbor has a Chevy Impala that my Mom admired for it's comfort and solid feel as well as the visibility it offered while sitting in the driver seat. A little information on my Mom, she is a small woman at 5 foot tall so having a car that offers an adjustable front seat so she can have good visibility around her, is quite important. I did some web searching and made a few phone calls and found the perfect car for my Mom at Colonial. I was put in touch with Simona and was instantly comfortable talking with her. I explained my Mom's situation and what I had in mind for a car. It was the 2010 Chevy Impala LTZ, Silver with Grey leather interior with 68,000 miles I had my eye on. Simona gave me the particulars about it and THEN even brought it to MY place of business for me to look over! To say the least, I was quite pleased with both the car, and the excellent service Simona gave me. After a conversation with my Mom that evening, one phone call to Simona the next day, we had all the paperwork ready to be signed, NO HASSLE, BS, or run-around. She even had the tank filled with fuel and although it was raining, she even had the exterior washed (that stayed clean for about 30 seconds after leaving the lot) so, in summation, you know who is going to be my FIRST call when I am in need of a new vehicle!
