So around 2pm I called no Brock and he never bothered to keep me informed on my suv . So I drove down there no Brock he went home didn’t think I needed any updates. I talked to Oliver when I got there he couldn’t tell me if it was even looked at. Are these people too lazy to walk back and ask anybody about my car. I demanded to get me my car cause I’m leaving I told Oliver I needed that cause I was leaving town Wednesday Not only will I ever bring my suv back there but I will never buy another car from that dealership. I bought a 2024 Cadillac xt4 and this 2025 xt 4 . So if I need anymore service I will either drive to Topeka or go to Van Cadillac they like doing warranty work. This was absolutely terrible service and I’ve been there several times before. More

I recently visited Cable Dahmer Cadillac at 1151 West 104th Street, Kansas City, to explore purchasing a new Cadillac. Unfortunately, my interaction with a staff member who appeared to be in management q 104th Street, Kansas City, to explore purchasing a new Cadillac. Unfortunately, my interaction with a staff member who appeared to be in management quickly turned uncomfortable. Immediately upon greeting me, he stood unusually close, creating discomfort. After discussing the vehicle I was interested in, he glanced at my current car—a Subaru Outback—and remarked, “Did you win the lottery or something?” The comment came across as belittling and disrespectful rather than humorous. I had hoped for a positive experience, especially given the purpose of my visit—I was considering a Cadillac equipped with SuperCruise technology, as I’m currently undergoing medical treatment and planning a road trip with my dog to visit family. I anticipated courteous and professional assistance, but instead felt diminished and unwelcome. I’m sharing this experience not merely as criticism but as an opportunity for the dealership to reconsider how it interacts with potential customers, especially those facing personal challenges and sincerely interested in their products. Steve Oliver and staff were my saving grace! !!! I live 43 miles away and made the mistake of going to a shop closer to my home back in July when my 2017 Escalade was making some engine noise. I !!! Long story short, last Thursday I brought in completely messed up car because of this shop and couldn’t handle their excuses anymore. I brought it to Cadillac to see if they could diagnose and fix what this other shop had completely screwed up. Steve had real answers to me not even 24 hours after I brought it in!!!! We talked about what I wanted Cadillac to fix and what I should have fixed at the other shop because I had already invested thousands of dollars for them to completely screw up my car. He gave me an estimate if I wanted Cadillac to do all the work but honestly I need the other shop to make it right! He worked with my extended warranty to get them to cover a portion of the work that they did and had me in a loaner while they worked on my car. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else again!!! I was treated very well, they knew exactly what they were doing, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure who the 2 other gentlemen are on either side of Steve in that temporary trailer they are in. Although, both of them were very helpful as well when I walked in and Steve was taking a phone call. Thank goodness for Cable Dahmer Cadillac Service!!!! Thank you Steve Oliver!!! More

One star is generous after the fiasco and amount of lost money I incurred from them. I was highly taken advantage of. I received a call a few days later to return the car or I needed to put $5500 more down on the vehicle????? When I returned the vehicle they charged me $2000+ for mileage and told me “I borrowed” the car. Who in their right mind would borrow a car??!?? They are scammers. Stay far away! More
