I was pleased to see that when I sat down with Ron, Mike and Fausto I was dealt with in a professional yet friendly manner. I had been experiencing other dealers telling me that cars were there but upon arrival they were not. Just to sell me something I didn't want. Or tell me that the price of my trade varies upon what vehicle I wanted. However, Ron, Mike and Fausto were incredibly forthcoming and just easy to deal with. I'm incredibly satisfied with my purchase, but I'm even happier with the friends I've come to know. These guys at Greenwich Cadillac are the best. More

Brilliant from start to finish! From the moment I walked into the quiet and spacious modern showroom I felt welcomed. The new owner greeted me warmly, offered me “the best” coffee and introduced me to the salesman, Fausto, who’s office was apparently tucked into the back away from the showroom and separate from the main floor (which I liked). We sat comfortably where I could stare at a beautiful navy CTS on the floor and spoke about my sports sedan options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also offered me “the best” coffee and then took me for a few test drives in the vehicles that I was interested in. Other dealers I had visited didn’t have all my vehicle options available for a test drive so I was pleased to be able to experience what I went there to see. Then Mike offered me “the best” coffee and we went over Financing options, which was also an easy and clear process. When I was close to a decision other guys from the dealership greeted me and shared their love for the CTS I was going to buy, and they added more information which helped to seal the deal. Rom finalized my paperwork with ease. Overall I was very pleased with everyone I had contact with, they were so easy to talk to, professional and interested in my happiness with the CTS. Terrible customer service I've had many positive experiences purchasing and leasing GM vehicles -- until now. Stay away from this dealership. I had asked for a lease quote on I've had many positive experiences purchasing and leasing GM vehicles -- until now. Stay away from this dealership. I had asked for a lease quote on a vehicle that the dealership had in stock -- the only one of its kind anywhere nearby - and they refused to give a quote over the phone. Said they didn't want me to shop around and beat them by $5 somewhere. I'm shopping for an $85k vehicle - $5, really? Insulting. With my busy work schedule, two young kids at home, etc, it's hard for me to make trips just to get a price. Every vehicle I've ever purchased or leased, I've received a price over the phone, no questions asked, and I've then proceeded to make the deal. Any time I *wasn't* given a price over the phone, and asked to come in, I've had to deal with sleezy sales tactics. I did not expect this from Cadillac, especially in Greenwich, Connecticut. Stay away from this place. There are plenty of other dealerships nearby. Unfortunately, they were the only ones with the vehicle/color/trim level in stock (leftover for 2017), but they still refused. Foolish. Rodnell is as dirty as they come. More
