Exceptional dealership! I was in the market for a new crossover SUV with updated safety features and technology. This was the first place I visited and although it was a terr I was in the market for a new crossover SUV with updated safety features and technology. This was the first place I visited and although it was a terrible weather day, I was greeted warmly. Danny Spradlin went with me on a test drive and along with Russ Clark, the general manager, answered all my questions. Sara, their Internet contact, followed up right away and was extremely responsive in answering any further questions. I decided to look at a few other makes and models before making a decision. I should not have wanted my time. Cadillac of Knoxville was first rate from starting with Danny and Russ in sales, to Brian who went over all my new car features to helpful and efficient Jennifer in financing. Danny even gave me a tour of the service department to be sure I was comfortable with where to bring my new car in for routine maintenance. Overall, a very positive experience. More

Michael answered all our questions without hesitation didn't try to hide anything and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want so if you are looking to buy a car go to cadillac of knoxville and ask for Michael and you will not be disappointed. Terrible experience Wife and I are in the market for a new vehicle for our business and to use as her vehicle. We went off to Porsche to look at the Cayenne series and on Wife and I are in the market for a new vehicle for our business and to use as her vehicle. We went off to Porsche to look at the Cayenne series and one night we decided to stop into Cadillac. We thought it was closed and we were just there to look at that time. They were open. I meet a man named Bobby and we start talking. He shows us an XT5 and the wife loved the car. She gets interested and since I was an employee of GM and my mother was as well. I go through the nonsense that GMS has made to get the employee discount and they let the wife use the truck for one day. While we have it (my job was quality inspector and ergonomics) we notice the plate on the XT5 is messed up. Now I know this truck came from Springhill which actually lost their contract on one of their cars cause their quality is below standard and now I see this right off the bat. I’m told they know it and they have ordered the part and we will just have to bring it back when the part arrives... here starts the problem. I say I would like it fixed before I recieve the vehicle as a 72,000 dollar vehicle should be close to flawless. I get busy with work and the wife decides we will order one close to Christmas and recieve it in the new year as we have other priorities during the holidays. I then recieve a text from the salesman basically blasting me for being a “mystery shopper” and that he missed ups in his sale but, I cost him financially. At first I was caught off guard by the text and explained I am not a “mystery shopper” and that we would still be purchasing a vehicle. I will purchase a vehicle but, it will not be from this dealership. Their manager Ross knows of the situation. Has not called, doesn’t care... ok nor will I. Morristown is close enough and I will make the sure the people in GM I know know of the behavior. No one in a “high end” market should ever be spoke to like that and the Manager should certainly care. However, I do know how GM is and the last thing they ever do is care. Maybe Porsche is a better fit as they do know the customer matters. More
