Excellent service I had a issue with my Cadillac SRX I called they got me in the same day and I got my car back with in hours. Quick friendly service. All personnel have always been kind, courteous, and highly professional. Service is scheduled and performed on time and service advisers keep me updated on service progress. The vehicle is always returned to me clean. Recently, I had service and a few minor items were unaddressed. The Business Development Manager, Leah Moir ensured those missing items were forwarded to me. Most organizations would have ignored my minor issues, but Leah went out of the way to make sure the items got closed. Leah's actions demonstrate Cadillac of Knoxville's philosophy that the customer is #1 More
