Went in for an oil change today for my 2014 ATS. After the service advisor tryied to upsell me with over $600 worth of services, the oil change came to an whooping $113....more than double compared with any other Cadillac stealership. While tire rotation is complmentary in any other Cadillac dealership, you charged $24 for it without letting me know upfront that is not complementary. I can't wait for the survey from GM... I will let them know about your shady business practices. And you know how is the saying.... foul me once, shame on you, foul me twice, shame on me. It was my last visit at your stealership. Enjoy the overcharged oil change because I'll make sure I will let other people know what to expect from you A very angry former customer

Sueann in service is the best. She is friendly and very helpful no matter how busy they seem to be. I had to bring my car in for service on a couple of occasions and she is the BEST person to deal with. I highly recommend service with Cadillac of Lake Lanier and especially Sueann. She goes over and above to make sure the customer gets the best experience. She provided me a really nice loaner car and when my car came back, it was working great and it was spotless! "Fraud from Top to bottom at dealership"

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS! Went to look at a new vehicle at dealership when our Cadillac was in shop yet again for stuff they can't seem to fix right, dealt with a liar who claims to be service manager., In sales we spoke with 2 characters who worked like a scam team telling us we had to pay for overpriced locking lug nuts, a scam of $600 interior sealer and paint sealer that we found out from a shop employee was actually a buff job with cheap wax done by a minimum wage worker out back. The dealership calls this crap dealer installed options. JOKE go anywhere but here. We are filing a complaint with corporate as well since we also have information the owner of Lake Lanier is allowing this fraud to happen. Its also should be noted there are no certified Cadillac or Mazda technicians that work on transmissions that are currently employed in shop. When I went to ask a mechanic about issue in shop, the worker stated, ALL Mechanics have quit due to the owners anger issues. NICE.

Thank you for reaching out It is our company policy that all employee uniforms must be turned in and accounted for by the Uniform Company prior to a former employee receiving their last paycheck. if you had been able to return the uniform directly to the service manager it would have greatly improved the speed of this process. The uniform was placed in a locked bin which can only be accessed by the Uniform Company. We have no way to access the bin to verify the uniform count thus delaying the process. Once our regular rep Melvin returns tomorrow, the uniform count will be verified. Again, this is company policy in most, if not all, dealerships.

"Service Dept a 5 Star rating"

Brought our 2014 Cadillac ELR in on 8/2/2017 for a warranty issue with radio system. Was pleasantly greeted by Chase in the Service advisory area. They opened at 7:30 and this is very convenient for working families. Chase offered us a new 2017 XT5 to use as a loaner vehicle and kept us informed on the status of our repair. When vehicle was finished our ELR was washed and vacuumed and looked brand new. We also want to thank Keith who was our repair tech that worked on this complicated electric vehicle. He is a talented and highly skilled technician who is a valuable asset to Lake Lanier Cadillac and their service team. 5 star service ! Kim McEnaney
