Worked with Bennett the following morning, I was able to get everything I needed on my end. Arrived in Naperville, quick test drive, paperwork with Bennett, off to Sherri for financing (everything ready on her end). The car was detailed and ready to go, quick overview with Kai who was very knowledgeable in getting me setup. Total time at dealership 2.5hrs, and thankful everyone did their part in assisting us with our needs and timeline. Bennett did a follow-up call. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car. My contact with the dealer began with an e-mail asking for information about one of their cars. Within minutes I received an e-mail and it was followed up by a phone call from Ray Gandurski. That phone call was had in the late afternoon on Monday December 30th. Due to the New Years holiday I could not get the dealer until Friday January 2d to inspect the car. Ray graciously advised that he would hold the car for me. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Ray. He had the car washed and ready for inspection. He answered all of my questions about the car and his estimate for the purchase was spot-on. We struck a deal within 30 minutes. Ray then followed me to the local Enterprise office where I dropped off my rental vehicle. For the first time in my life buying a car was not an adversarial tug-of-war. I traded in my 2011 Escalade premium edition for a 2021 RAM 1500. My Escalade had a error message for the suspension which I fully disclosed to the salesman. They used that against me to offer me a low ball price on my trade-in. I had to work the salesman repeatedly to get a fair price with no avail. I paid the sticker price for the 2021 RAM. I specifically asked the salesman about the 136 pt. inspection that was done on the truck and he assured me that everything was fine and in working order. After signing all the paperwork and taking delivery of the vehicle I was handed a single key. He said that's the only key they had. The next morning I went to get in my truck only to fine the passive entry was not working on the drivers side. That was never disclosed to me! This dealership operates as ALL car companies operate, their only objective is to make as much money as possible from every customer. I guess honesty and integrity don't matter to them. Needless to say, I will never visit that dealership again and intend to share my negative experience all over social media. More
