AWFUL customer service. I am from Indiana and I made the long drive out to Naperville and bought a car here in February. After having to pay for plates up front, mailing the I am from Indiana and I made the long drive out to Naperville and bought a car here in February. After having to pay for plates up front, mailing the proper paperwork needed, and waiting patiently for over a month...I never received the plates. Upon calling, we were told my paperwork was lost, something that NOBODY made an effort to call me and inform me about. I then drove the paperwork up there myself and gave it directly to Bobby. It is now July and I have yet to receive my plates, and I have gotten ZERO response when I call to speak to someone or leave a message. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. More
