Excellent customer service Thomas helped my wife the other evening when the battery was dead. The next morning the technician worked on it and we had the car back that evening. In my years with Cadillac, you guys deserve a bunch of praise for taking care of a guy like me who always demands perfection! By the way, before I agreed to this new lease, I visited a few other dealerships, no one was willing to work with me, let alone present great options, I guess I was not “worth their time!” Anyway, my wife’s lease with Buick is up next July, she would certainly look good in the new XT4.
