We apploligize if our guest felt that his concerns were not being addressed. Purchasing a used vehicle and brining it home is supposed to be an exciting time and when that vehicle doesn’t live up to that expectation for whatever reason then we have failed. Thank you for bringing this to my attention! We only improve by knowing where we fail our customers. There is no excuse for not having a drive away sticker or temp plate on the car or in your paperwork when you received the car. We will institute a new process to cover our bases and take better care of our out of state customer because of this issue.
