I feel very fortunate to have worked with Al Piacitelli over the past few days. I have never had a car-buying process be so... well, efficient yet enjoyable. I just bought my second car from Cadillac Village. My salesman Al Piacitelli know exactly what car I was looking for and when he found it he called me right away. My overall experience at Cadillac Village of Norwood was excellent. Jim McKenna met me at the door and was very well versed in every aspect of the CTS-V that I was interested in.
