After reviewing your service records, the concern preventing the inspection was related to the condition of the front windshield wipers, not the tires. During your visit, we also informed you of a tire promotion available at the time as a way to help you save money on a future replacement, but the tires were not the reason the inspection could not be completed. We understand that inspection outcomes can be frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
