I was initially pleased after getting my car at this dealership but they totally abandoned me. With less than 70,000 miles, it developed a problem with the traction control. The Norwood techs were not a dealership but they totally abandoned me. With less than 70,000 miles, it developed a problem with the traction control. The Norwood techs were not able to fix, let alone diagnose it despite three attempts. They kept saying they were not getting any error codes, and could not replicate the issues I reported. I provided them with the codes that I had received but it still did no good. Worse yet, I could not get Norwood to even respond to my calls and emails as the issues continued. It's ridiculous. I spent more than $85,000 here and they just took the money and ran. They have turned me against Cadillac forever. More
Had an issue with a tire after I bought a used vehicle here and ended up needing a new tire. Rod Roa worked with me and made for a very good experience . This is my 3rd Cadillac car in 10 years and it will be my last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. You cannot give enough time to schedule your day if end last. The service has gone downhill so far it is impossible to consider them for another car. An oil change takes 1.5 hours because they don't touch your car for 30 minutes even though you make an appointment days in advance. They do not reset life sensors so after they replace a filter you keep getting error messages to keep you having to make appointments. They literally did not touch my car for 24 hours one time and didnt even tell me until I called to pick it up. They do not have loaners ever, they claim it is supply chain and other xx but every other brand is back. DO NOT BUY CADILLAC - SERVICE IS HORRIBLE More
Brought car in for oil change and coolant flush. After coolant flush temperature gauge stopped working properly. That same day the gauge began having the same issues. I am very disappointed because I brought my car here for their expertise with Cadillacs and the car is now worse off than when I brought it in for routine service. Everything on this car worked properly before I brought it to Norwood Cadillac. More

The first time they made the appointment for the wrong day, they rescheduled 2 weeks later, I waited 1 1/2 hours to be told the technician that troubleshoots that issue was out and the would call to set up another appointment. They never called, I called back after a week and made a third appointment. They ordered the wrong part and again I waited 1 1/2 to be told they would have to reorder the part. Again they said they’d call me when the part comes in to make an appointment. After 2 weeks I called them only to find out the part was sitting there. The service writer was on vacation so no one called me. After 4 appointments and waiting over 6 hours in the waiting room it was finally fixed. In November I ordered some accessories from Cadillac and paid to have them installed. Shipped to the dealer in November. They sent an email the dealer would call to setup an appointment. Early December I called them. They claimed they were never sent. Service blamed the Parts Department. Spoke with the Parts Department, said the parts were there for a week and Service should have contacted me already. They transferred me to Service who put me on hold 3 times before hanging up on me. Called back they couldn’t schedule an appointment for a month. Was supposed to go there tomorrow but they called to say they’ve had a Covid outbreak and can’t reschedule for 4 weeks. Almost 3 months to get some accessories installed. The work I have had done there has been done very well, it just takes forever to get it done and communication both internally and with the customer is poor in general and you can’t count on them to call when they say they will. More
