The amount of time that was wasted is unacceptable. We were in the loop for 3 months regarding our Escalade order and we never complained once because the time Frame that was given was 4-6 months. I don’t understand why it was canceled when we never complained and it was only 3 months since we placed the order.

1 week later, no attempt from the dealer to resolve this. When you see these dealer responses that seem to be conscientious and interested in resolving matters that they report are atypical for their company, the fact that they are never addressed says everything. It's just window dressing and their lack of inaction suggests my experience was not only typical - but exactly what they intend to deliver.
