Terrible Customer Service!! Stay away from this place. I bought a vehicle from this dealership 2-19-2016. And today is 5-31-2016. The whole transaction has been a nightmare. This business never returns calls and they are the RUDEST people ever. I bought a Porsche SUV from them and they have been treating me and my wife as homeless people begging for change. First We had an issue with the key, they CHARGED me for the replacement. And offered to mail it to my address 1 week after the transaction. Of course that never happened after a few weeks of waiting I proceed to call them, they didn't even had planned to order it.... After calling over 10 times and levening messages for sales man and manager. And the same amount of broken promises for call backs Finally was able to talk to a manager. He promised to fix the situation. They finally did. NOW I am dealing with expired temporary permit. I financed the vehicle and Wells Fargo told me over the phone they got paid over 2 months a go, and they have not registered the vehicle. I had my wife call over a month a go and She was told by a really rude guy (as she described him) to relax and sit tight... said they have up to 90 days to mail it. Today I have her SUV sitting at my driveway because the registration is expired. I tried to call them last Friday and they promised to call me back.... of course that did not happen. I called again Saturday and was able to talk to Carlos :the manager" and He was not help full at all. Pretty much said there was nothing He can Do since they dont work over the weekend on this kind of stuff. Promised of course... guess???? YES A CALL BACK. first time Monday AM. right now is 3 pm and still no word from them. More

I came into the dealership after seeing a car on cars.com that I was extremely interested. After making a phone call to the dealership, and having my questions answered in a timely fashion, I scheduled an ap that I was extremely interested. After making a phone call to the dealership, and having my questions answered in a timely fashion, I scheduled an appointment to meet with a sales rep. I came in that night, test drove the car, and met with the finance department. Before I knew it, I had the deal, and the car I wanted at the price I wanted it at!!!! I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and half.. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL HASSLE FREE. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, even if they have bad or NO credit at all!!
