This service center is garbage. First. I didn’t want to bring my vehicle back here because the last time I had similar issues. However they did not do a repair correctly and the oth First. It took three days to make an appointment because they don’t even answer their phones. If you select device calling direct you get sent to an offshore call center that relays messages and in two or three days you will get a call back. Next they have had my truck for one week after the appointment and they have not even looked at it. I am not sure what the point of appointments are if they will not even look at it. Going into week two I deeply regret ringing it back because I can’t even get ahold of my device advisor. Avoid this service department at all costs. More

Bought a Lincoln Corsair and it came with a persistent rattle in the driver side passenger door. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership I contacted the Galpin Ford/Lincoln dealership in Prescott. They rattle in the driver side passenger door. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership I contacted the Galpin Ford/Lincoln dealership in Prescott. They were very accommodating in trying to fix the problem. However, after 3 attempts the door still had the rattle. At this point I decided to call Camelback since they were the dealership that sold the vehicle. I spoke to Bob in the service department and he absolutely blew me off and refused to even entertain the thought of servicing the vehicle. Kept saying any dealership will service it. I understood that but I wanted another opinion.Terrible customer service. Will never recommend this dealership. More

I’ve been a customer of Camellback Ford 10+ years both purchases & service. I had an appointment with Julien Mendez. Julien is the worst!! Extremely condescending & rude. DO NOT use this service department. Save yourself the headache!!! Gary Jensen, the service director, talked to me like I was a toddler. My 2018 expedition that has been in and out of their service department since the day I got it was in there for a diagnosis, for three days, and I find out it is an issue covered under powertrain up until 60,000 miles. A known issue he tells me. There is 61,000 on the vehicle. He told me he doesn’t make the rules and his customer service was atrocious. This will be the last Ford that I get and if you want to purchase one definitely go to a different dealership!!!! More

Stolen Floor Mats Last week, Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019, I had an appointment to replace the passenger side airbag. My brother and I brought in my mustang and Last week, Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019, I had an appointment to replace the passenger side airbag. My brother and I brought in my mustang and it was there all day. I picked it up late afternoon and the car had been washed. Next morning as I was getting things in order, I noticed my rear seat floor mats were gone!!! I drove back to see service writer, Jessi Tays at Camelback Ford to go get my floor mats. Jessi went to go look for them, returning and telling me they were not there. I told him someone stole my mats and they need to be replaced. I also told him, these mats are cloth mats and in excellent condition because people rarely sit in my back seat, they need to be replaced at no cost to me. Jessi told me to go have a seat in the waiting area, later telling me the service director is looking into this. Jessi came back to me, telling me those type of floor mats are no longer made and only available in rubber. I told him no, I won’t accept that, someone took my floor mats and I want the same type replaced. At this point, I begin thinking, If this is the type of service I am receiving, I will not be purchasing a new vehicle from this Camelback Ford Dealers! Jessi again, comes to see in the waiting area and starts suggesting that I look on Amazon to find the ones I want. I repeated what he just suggested. So you want me to search on Amazon? I also said, I can’t believe you are suggesting I search for floor mats all because someone stole my floor mats! He said he didn’t know what size to get! Really? He has my vehicle Information and he is stalling !!! I suggested he take measurements of the area where my floor mats were so he left to get a measuring tape. He met me at my vehicle and I was speaking to my sister. I told Jessi after wasting over two hours of waiting I told him I had to leave because I was too upset. That was one week ago and I have not heard nothing! More

The level this has gone too is beyond unprofessional! I asked to speak to his manager and he stated that he didn't have one. MY EARLIER REVIEW! Took my Ford Explorer in for service on a Thursday night expecting to hear from them sometime on Friday. At 2pm my husband called them to get a status. Alan told my husband that he'd try to squeeze my car in. My husband questioned that because I had an appointment. My husband was told that there were customers who had appointments 3 days prior who were ahead of me. Sounds a little absurd but why make appointments if you can't get to a car for 3 days? So at 3:20pm we received a call that they won't be able to do anything about the car until MONDAY and suggested that I leave the car, Seriously. Not for parts but just that they couldn't get to it until MONDAY. I am so sorry I bought my car from this location. Don't waste your time here!!!! More
