Subaru Outback Touring XT I had gone in initially with the intent of just test driving a Touring and a Limited XT (to compare if the turbo felt like something i needed). When Kaden brought the cars around for the test drive i was extremely surprised when i saw they had a 2020 Outback Touring XT straight from the factory that hadn't even hit their stock yet (The exact car i wanted). During the test drives i greatly appreciated how Kaden wasn't ever pushy about trying to sell me the car and was more focused on making me aware of all the different features the car had to offer as well as being receptive and honest about my questions and easy to talk to! At the end of the day i was able to walk away with the car I had been searching for and couldn't find anywhere else in the area at an extremely fair price! I couldn't be happier with my new Outback! Gabe Hale was my point of contact, and the reason I agreed to place a deposit over the phone for my Subaru Outback. Gabe's customer skills are impeccable!! When there was a hiccup in the arrival of my car, due to Covid and shipping delays, the whole team stepped in to communicate the issue and the solution. I have negotiated leases and purchases for 11 cars and this was by far the most stream lined, up front, efficient experience I have ever had.
