Kaden was backed up by a top notch managerial staff who knew their business and got right down to it with genuine friendliness and respect (Frank and Kory come to mind here). Also absolutely worth mentioning is the finance manager Tu Le. Tu worked hard to ensure we got a fantastic finance deal and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the process. They took their time and never made me feel rushed or pressured. My old car was totaled so I was buying a car out of necessity but the Camelback Subaru team took the time to make sure I got the best deal possible and would be leaving with a new car that I would enjoy. I ended up leaving with the car of my dreams and feeling welcomed and well taken care of. An example of their friendliness was when Kaden asked if I needed restaurant recommendations and then proceeded to poll most of the staff on their favorite restaurants. I left with my new car and with a 2 page list of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars to try out. Would definitely recommend working with this lovely team of people! More

The only slight negative was the first round of pricing/finance options that came back we’re not anything we had discussed (ie I was either going to put down $6K, $8K, $12K and knew I’d qualify for the special interest rate of 0.9%. Instead they came back with $2K, $3K, $4K down with 9.9%. Seemed like a poor sales tactic to make the best round of pricing look even better). Other than that I was pleased with the whole process and did not feel any pressure throughout. More
