Mauro was amazing when I took my Venza in for the recall. I also needed a brake flush and hybrid service and let him know I had to be out within three hours. I was in and out before time. I was buying the vehicle from out of state. At least 4 different people were contacting me about the used car I was buying. We agreed on terms and had finalized contract. After I got there they kept me waiting for at least 2 hours while they made various minor tweaks to contract and detailed the car I was buying. Overall was frustrated. More
