My car broke down Sunday night and wouldn’t start, so I had it towed to this dealership. I called the next morning to let them know I had left my car there, and they told me they would get back to me. With had it towed to this dealership. Within a few hours, they sent me a text with a link where the technician actually showed a video of himself performing the diagnostic on my car. Later, they sent another message explaining everything that was wrong, including photos and a detailed description of the issues. They also explained why the repairs were needed and how the parts work, which I really appreciated because I’m definitely not a “car girly.” It made the whole process feel transparent and easy to understand. By Tuesday they texted me letting me know my car was finished and asked what time I would be coming to pick it up. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free, which meant a lot, especially when dealing with the stress of your car breaking down. I really appreciated the communication and how easy they made everything. More
