I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Camelback Toyota. I just turned 18, have no co-signer, and very little/no credit history, which makes me a difficult approval as a first-time buye at Camelback Toyota. I’m currently in school and working, and after being denied by other banks, I wasn’t expecting this process to work out. Despite that, the team at Camelback Toyota stayed patient, supportive, and committed to helping me, and the entire experience was handled with care and professionalism. Michael Gagne was absolutely incredible. He didn’t just help me with financing. He gave me real, life-changing advice. He took the time to explain what I could do with my car, how to start building strong credit, and even what type of credit card would be best for me at this stage in my life when I asked about that. He was honest, supportive, and always had my best interest at heart. Michael even told me not to give the bank more money than I had to, which meant so much to me as a young buyer just starting out. He told me he would get me approved, and he kept his word. On top of that, he joked with us, kept things light, and made the financial side feel far less intimidating. I am beyond grateful for him and everything he did for me. Trevor Calabrese was truly exceptional. From day one, he connected with me, showed genuine empathy, and treated me with so much respect. Even when I had to reschedule, he never gave up on me or made me feel like a burden. He stayed consistent with communication, worked really hard to get me the best possible deals, and always kept things honest and realistic without ever getting my hopes up unnecessarily and then he made it happen. Trevor truly took care of me throughout the entire process, and I can confidently say he went above and beyond. I 1000% recommend him. He made this experience unforgettable, and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson or a better first-time car buying experience. BJ (I unfortunately don’t remember his last name) was also amazing. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and personable, and he made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to show me the car in detail, answered my questions, and went along for the test drive, making sure I felt confident and safe. When Trevor was busy helping another client, BJ stepped in seamlessly without hesitation and made sure I was still fully taken care of. Even though I got to know him more toward the end of the process, he left a strong impression and truly contributed to making this experience smooth, positive, and enjoyable. I honestly feel so lucky to have worked with this team. They treated me like a person, not just a sale, and that meant everything to me. Izaiah met me for my first service appt with the new truck. I was a bit frustrated with some issues with the tundra but he talked me through everything and helped me understand the process, warranty, et truck. I was a bit frustrated with some issues with the tundra but he talked me through everything and helped me understand the process, warranty, etc. My only negative feedback is with the finance or sales side who told me the platinum warranty covers everything. Well, reality is it doesn’t cover brakes (or other consumables). The tundra only has 11k miles and the rotors are already warping and need replacing. Neither Toyota or my “platinum” warranty cover this because it’s considered a consumable. I get that, but it’s also a newer truck and rotors should last much longer than that in my experience. Otherwise and regardless, Izaiah gets a 5/5 from me!! More
