I took my truck in for regular servicing. After leaving due to need new battery stopped at auto zone to have checked and replace due to warranty noticed they did not attache the battery holde After leaving due to need new battery stopped at auto zone to have checked and replace due to warranty noticed they did not attache the battery holder, no sticker for next change and tires missing air caps. Then 3 weeks later I hears a sound and wheels wobble, I atop get out missing 3 lug nuts and two loose. I called got it in. But due to weekend they got back monday. But they let the same pwrosn work it that messed up and out my family in danger. 2nd they refused to allow me to talk to a manger and hung uo on me 3 times. More

I have been having bad experiences with Toyota last few services, this time Mauro has help earn a little trust back, he was professional, courteous and had amazing customer service, asking for mauro as a a services, this time Mauro has help earn a little trust back, he was professional, courteous and had amazing customer service, asking for mauro as a advisor is recommended, he was able to explain in details on services needed for my vehicle as other advisors never did, they would just say needed pretty much up to me to have it completed, Mauro explain the hazard and why didn’t have to be done..
