Once they tried to gave me $25,000 for may trades, in other dealer took $35,000 Once they tried to gave 18% APR, because my credit score, liars, I took 8.5% in other dealer. Once, they tried to gave me $3000 for my trade, I took $10,000 in other dealer. Finance department is so bad., worst. Be careful More
My service advisor Samuel was rude and very unprofessional. He was saying my vehicle had problems before it was inspected and hung up on me when I called for status of my vehicle. He refused unprofessional. He was saying my vehicle had problems before it was inspected and hung up on me when I called for status of my vehicle. He refused to have a nail found in my tire and told me I would have to buy a new tire. Samuel said something to another customer in Spanish that make him laugh at I tried to call the front desk for a manager and was dump into a voice mail. Horrible service and I had to go to a tire shop after leaving the dealership, and nail did not puncture my tire. Very bad service. More

His honesty, knowledge, and straightforward approach made the buying process smooth and stress-free. He was willing to work together with me to find the best deal, and I truly appreciated his transparency throughout the entire process. Denita in finance was also fantastic. She was thorough and clear in explaining all the financial details, and I never felt pressured or pushed into making decisions. It was refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wanted to help rather than just close a deal. While waiting for my car to be prepared for delivery, I had the chance to speak with Andre in service. He was incredibly helpful in discussing various aspects of my used car purchase, making sure I felt confident in my decision. I was hesitant to bring in my trade in because with two kids I really wanted to have it detailed first. But they encouraged me to bring it in regardless. They were accepting that it may need to be cleaned and gave me a fair price despite it. Overall, I highly recommend Camelback Toyota.
