Micheal was very responsive and explained us very clearly whatever we asked. This being our first service after we bought the car, we had very basic questions and he was super patient, polite and articulativ whatever we asked. The process up until I got to the finance department was good. The finance department had me sign the terms of my loan and advised he would try to get a lower interest rate to include GAP insurance. I did n good. The finance department had me sign the terms of my loan and advised he would try to get a lower interest rate to include GAP insurance. I did not hear from them for 10 days. And had to sign new terms were my payments increased $60 without Gap. The process did not feel authentic. More
I’m extremely unhappy with the service. I would assume a Toyota dealership is where my 2023 Tacoma would get the best service but I went in for an oil change and the Tech ripped my seat. Ke I would assume a Toyota dealership is where my 2023 Tacoma would get the best service but I went in for an oil change and the Tech ripped my seat. Keep in mind I bought this truck less than a year ago. I reached out to my service rep and also left a voicemail for management and haven’t heard back. It doesn’t seem like causing damage to people cars isn’t something they take seriously or want to rectify ASAP. More
