He worked hard to help me get the exact vehicle I wanted and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I always knew where things stood, and he was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Everyone else I interacted with at the dealership was courteous and helpful. The dealership itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the buying experience much more pleasant. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle-purchase experiences I've had. I would gladly recommend Camelback Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle and would not hesitate to work with Stephan again in the future. More
Been going to this dealership for many years. Last couple visits have been poor. On my last visit, I waited around 15 minutes before my advisor came to meet me even though it didn’t look busy. I received my report with a list of additional services they were requesting . I had a serpentine belt replaced at another shop 6 months ago. Despite this, on two occasions , CT recommended changing the belt . I understand it might be hard to gauge belts and when they shoukd be replaced , however this time the advisor sent pics of it , said it was the most important thing I needed to do and even said he saw wear on the belt that was concerning . The belt is brand new and doesn’t need to be replaced . Makes me question their expertise and whether things really need to be replaced or if they are just pushing services for profit . More

Made my appointment, received confirmation email. Went in at 10:00am. Got the inspection report within 10 minutes with options to fix. Put into the office and it was fixed all within 45 minutes.
