Changed rating to 1 star, because after leaving bad review, I was called and was told they(camelback Toyota) wanted to make things right and would call me back 2 days later on Friday to discuss. After trading in vehicle at Camelback toyota, which was done very quickly, what was then due to me, I had to struggle to get. All of a sudden all the friendliness and urgency was gone when it came to what was due to me. Now it could of stopped there, but I was called, apologized to and asked to leave a 5 star rating if they sent me a bag of some sort of misc items??? So Since they were going to make some sort of restitution for the bad service and lack of concern, I did say I’d give them a better review. For some reason I thought I’m going to wait and see what and if anything was sent. Well after a week I got nothing, not even a call. So I went ahead and left a bad review. Within one minute I received a call from camelback. I ended up talking to the salesman and he said he would call me back 2 days later on Friday. I got no calls, I called once again, and left my salesman a message on his # reminding him that he said he was going to call me to try and make things right. So far, I’ve heard nothing from anyone. My only other complaint, is the lack of knowledge concerning what they sell there at camelback Toyota, even after many calls, I had only one of me questions answered. Now I did find out my unanswered questions thru Sierra Vista Toyota, even though I did not get my vehicle through them, they answered all my questions and treated me with respect. Camelback could learn a lot from Sierra vista Toyota. Concerning customer relations. Again camelback is very friendly when buying from them, after that, I feel lied too and put on hold. More
