I recently brought in my 1997 Toyota Tacoma Xtra cab four wheel drive for some routine maintenance as I’ve been doing for the last 29 years. Jorge was my service advisor and I told him I wanted an oil change wheel drive for some routine maintenance as I’ve been doing for the last 29 years. Jorge was my service advisor and I told him I wanted an oil change and new coolant in the radiator. Well as what happens sometimes with a seasoned vehicle it needed some additional work. I’m glad the service technician found these things because some of them were safety issues. Jorge took the time to go over each item. I appreciated his customer service and the way he explained the issues in a way an average person could understand. Camelback Toyota is lucky to have Jorge on its team. As usual Camelback Toyota did not disappoint and that’s why I keep coming back. When I leave this dealership I know my truck will be road ready and safe to drive. More
