I had outside financing, independent quotes for paint protection film, pricing on extended warranties, and I negotiated every aspect of the transaction separately. Brent never made me feel uncomfortable for doing my homework. Instead, he worked with me professionally and respectfully from start to finish. The dealership gave me an excellent value on my trade and we were able to reach a fair purchase price on the vehicle. When we got to the finance office, I compared every cost center independently—financing, PPF, warranty, GAP, and other products. Some of those products ultimately made more sense through outside providers, and I appreciated that there was no pressure or hard feelings when I made those decisions. What impressed me most was Brent’s attitude throughout the process. He was patient, responsive, transparent, and focused on helping me find the best overall deal—not just making a sale. He answered my questions, respected my research, and made what is often a stressful experience enjoyable. Buying a car is a significant purchase, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Called a different dealership right at 7am and expressed my issue with my vehicle and the need to get back home out of state that day. Employee told me to come right down and I’d get right in.
