Yes I know you guys don't reserve vehicles and is on a first come first serve basis. But he texted me on Sunday 2 February 2025 that the vehicle was going to arrive and he asked me to be at 8 am next day. So I did, I was the first one waiting for the vehicle that did not arrive that day ,I waited until 5 PM.(9 HOURS). Salesman told me that might arrive next day. I instructed him to text me as soon the vehicle arrive at the dealer, so he did text me and call me next morning. As soon I talked to him I was on my way to the dealer again on a 3 hours drive. And when I arrived just finded out you sold the vehicle.I was expecting you guys to honor the vehicle for and wait for me to arrive only because I was there at the asked time and spent all day waiting for the vehicle to arrive. I did my part, that the vehicle did not show as you guys telled me was on you. So the least you guys can do was to wait for me to arrive because I was the first one and waited the day before 9 hours for the vehicle. I hope is not to difficult to understand.
