I waited 10 minutes in the service area before anyone came to assist me, despite having an appointment. I was there for a simple oil change with no tire rotation. After 2 hours, I finally texted to ask for an update since I hadn’t heard anything, and they informed me they were still inspecting my 4Runner. It took a while longer before I received the inspection report, and overall, I was there for 3.5 hours for a basic oil change. To make matters worse, my hood no longer opens, and I am 100% certain it was working the night before, as I had to jump-start someone’s car at a gas station. Out of my last five oil changes here, three times I’ve left with a nail in my tire and now my hood won’t pop open!!! It’s incredibly frustrating to wait over 3 hours every visit and leave with a new issue. I am absolutely not impressed! I take immense care of my 4Runner which is why I thought going through the dealership would be better overall but I was very wrong. More

The service agent was great. The agent was not pushy for any services. They were personable snd straight forward. I will be coming back to them for some of the needed work. Very professional and knowledgeable service tech. Clean waiting area. Trusted service. Sales (Karim ElRayyis) and finance (Jean DeCoste) were both fabulous. The Camry I came in to look at was exactly as described, and when we discussed what I did and didn’t want I got exactly that.
