Dishonest, liars. On February 02, 2025 a manager called me to say that the vehicle I was looking for was going to arrive next day in the next morning and If I want i On February 02, 2025 a manager called me to say that the vehicle I was looking for was going to arrive next day in the next morning and If I want it I had to be at the dealer at 7:30 am. I explained to him that I was working from 4PM to 2am in Imperial California, but I I was going to Phoenix straight from work. After work I went home and picked up my kids and wife, I wanted them to experience the purchase of a new vehicle. After driving 250 miles or 4 hours 20 minutes I arrived at 7:30 am. The salesman Ali Srowjy told me that the vehicle did not arrived and maybe during the day was going to arrive and to wait for the vehicle. During the day we talked about price and we had an agreenment , I was ready to buy the vehicle, I had the bank check with me. Just waiting for the vehicle. At evening like 5pm Ali the salesman told me that the vehicle was not going to arrive and maybe was going to arrive next morning. We agree that as soon he receive the vehicle at the dealer he was going to text me and call me. So I went back home and got at home about 8:30 PM. So next morning I received a text and phone call from the salesman about 6:17 am that the vehicle arrived. At 6:35 am I was on my way to Phoenix again , 3 hours drive, calling the salesman and giving him my location and arrival status. I Show up there at 9:40 am and guess what? , Ali the salesman told me that someone show up before me was buying the vehicle and was too late. They told me they were sorry. A manager told me that they dont hold vehicles to nobody. This people did not care about me and my family driving from that far, driving back and forward two days in a row. In those 2 days I drove 868 miles, spent on gas and lost 2 days of my life wasting the time for nothing. I am a veteran and a law enforcement and this is the most dissapointing situation I ever had in my life, I felt hopeless and sad. I hope nobody have the same experience.
