Had gone in for 30,000 mile check up all good. Went in for a $19 oil change special plus tire rotation. Was told I needed air filter, cabin filter, some spray for my a/c and a $399 plus tax and sh Went in for a $19 oil change special plus tire rotation. Was told I needed air filter, cabin filter, some spray for my a/c and a $399 plus tax and shop supplies service for both differentials and transfer case. I guess they missed that at my 30,000 check up. Anyway I serviced my diffs and transfer case and filters for $150 complete. Just saying. More

I was visiting a couple times this Toyota dealer from 2010 to 2024. My experience to buy in this dealer was not good every time, but sometimes GOOD ENOUGH. Then, I will focus on my last time; That purcha 2010 to 2024. My experience to buy in this dealer was not good every time, but sometimes GOOD ENOUGH. Then, I will focus on my last time; That purchase we made 04/19/24 was for a member family, Alba Pallan. Then, Alejandro, sales manager, and Shane a salesperson, were a very professional and polite, with us, they offered a very decent and fair deal to purchase a RAV4 2024. I will return, to buy my next vehicle Toyota in a near future. 10 stars More

I was told to do a service which didn't need to be done. And it cost a lot of money. After the manager was notified the manager said that my car doesn't qualify for that service. Plus the dealership charged me extra 3% for using a credit card to pay for the service. Pure ripoff. More
