Very disappointed. Long time customer of Toyota camelback. They have lost my business for life. Had an issue in the service department with disrespectful service man Long time customer of Toyota camelback. They have lost my business for life. Had an issue in the service department with disrespectful service manager. Took the time to seek out upper management about the issue and was again treated with lack of respect and empathy. Katrina Coscarelli reached out to me about my issue and was more concerned with who controlled the conversation than my actual grievance. Mind you this is a higher-level management employee who didn’t even take the time to ask me what happened. Katrina was more confused that I reached out in the first place. It’s upsetting because I have dealt with multiple sales members who made the car buying experience over the years a breeze for my family. I personally do not recommend wasting your time or money with this dealership. I will save Katrina or other management the copy and paste reply to this message… yes, we received an initial discount. But not everything in life with customer support is about money. Relationships and a service nature is how you keep people brand advocates instead of haters for years to come. More

Please see Update below after reading. Bought a 2022 Chevy Colorado Z71 with 13k miles ..have had to have it in the shop 5 times since Jan 2023. They didn't disclose there was an electrical problem-they supposedly do a pre-owned inspection that missed an electrical problem, the lighters don't work (I need them for forward facing cameras), the advertised "premium stereo system" was taken out or ripped out by previous owner, the stereo and gps system just goes blank sometimes and for some reason fuses blow. They pawned me off on Vans Chev and won't even return a call or email. Andre Morris is rude, can't get a response at all from Ized Farr who Is the highest manager supposedly in the service dept, Bobby Krotonsky was supposed to be who we were going to "finally be taken care of like camelback Toyota treats its customers and family" and he gave some Clint Velez person our info and told me to deal with vans Chevy..I have no relationship with vans Chevy and they haven't been accommodating at all. I was told that the items I mentioned were all fixed last time they had the vehicle for a week...now they need it for another week and I am expected to go without a vehicle when these items should have been fixed already the last 5 xs that it was in the shop. It's highly unfair and camelback Toyota has basically washed their hands of me and won't help me at all. I wish I would have went somewhere else. I thought they had integrity but I was wrong I hope this spares you my experience. Try Larry Miller Hyundai - if you have issues they really go out of their way to make sure you get them resolved..not camelback Toyota...they could care less. The sales person lied from the beginning. There is a chip we need that apparently there is a shortage of and we weren't told so we weren't put on the list and we haven't even been told what it is for. Our backup camera doesn't beep when someone is behind you so maybe that and OnStar can't keep connected. We are supposed to have Internet but it doesn't work most the time..The sales people at camelback Toyota just lie to get the sale and omit what they need to for the sale. They pretend they care but don't as soon as you sign. We were told a payment amount and when we were getting ready to sign they increased the payment by $300 a month! We got it down only because we noticed and we're ready to walk away from the deal. This was a horrible experience and I know they don't care so I'm not doing this for them im doing it for you...buyer beware. I even tried to reach out on Facebook and when the person they have responding on Facebook got my name and found out I already bought a vehicle she stopped responding. I hope you find a great vehicle at a great place where they are honest and have integrity and if there is an issue -which happens for sure it's just how it is dealt with that means something. UPDATE: ok so I had to come back on and give an update...I ended up getting a call from Bobby Krotonsky. He has bent over backwards to get my truck repaired and he made sure we had a vehicle while we waited. It did take me complaining online in multiple places BUT they could have just ignored it and hoped I went away. I appreciate all the effort he has made to fix the issues we have had and he has kept me informed through the entire process. It proves that reviews work 😂 and that camelback Toyota does care if customers are happy but it may take some shaming to get them to! Thank you Bobby and whomever brought it to the attention of the higher ups that made fixing my issues a priority.
