Waiting for a 2023 Prius - agreed on deal and price - no contract since vehicle was not physically there. When it arrived, dealer called said it was there and I needed to come in. Left immediately (2:40PM contract since vehicle was not physically there. When it arrived, dealer called said it was there and I needed to come in. Left immediately (2:40PM) and told dealer and salesman that. Hour and a half drive to dealer. At 3:22PM sales manager called and said the car was sold - but he had a Corolla Hybrid on the lot if I was interested. I had already made two trips (6th and 7th of Apr) to dealership to wait on the car they said would be delivered - and offered to leave the check for the car or put a deposit. They declined. Essentially we had an agreement, I fulfilled my end but the sales manager decided his word was worthless. Go somewhere else - this dealer has no integrity. More
