I filled out online asking about one white RAV4 on Thursday. I finally got call back Saturday night. Had to call back on Sunday. My first question was is car still for sale. He said yes. He said we could not come in till Tuesday. I got two phone calls and two texts to make sure my wife and I where coming in for the meeting. When we got there we were informed that the salesman we had talked to could not be there to meet us. We then where introduced to a new salesman. After an hour of answering questions and showing us other cars my wife and I said we wanted to buy the car and we where then told the car was already sold. Needless to say my wife and I where pretty upset. They contacted us four times about us making the meeting but never said a word about selling the car to someone else. We came home saying we would never deal with anyone at camelback again and will make sure our club house put in a short story about how we where mislead by the salesman and will never go back. More

This dealership is full of liers and thieves. Mike and Brandon in service do not care about you, just stealing your money. They claimed they would cover my tow, and then after the vehicle made it Mike and Brandon in service do not care about you, just stealing your money. They claimed they would cover my tow, and then after the vehicle made it to the dealership, they decided they had changed their mind, and are currently charging me 60 dollars per day until I pay for their $865 tow bill! That's literally extortion. I can't believe this place, it makes me sick to find out that there are people this cruel in the world. 0 out of 10, worst dealership in America. More
