I just sent it again with the subject line as “fwd:”. I’m not going to chase this down- if you care, you’ll respond. I cannot speak on the phone which is why I’ve engaged via email. I’ve given an honest review of my experience and this back and forth is just proving to me and any readers that you care more about checking the box with canned responses than actually providing a good customer experience. In contrast, I contacted AutoNation about a new truck and they responded almost immediately with a no-games price and exactly answered my questions. This will be my last message here. If I get a response back from this dealership and they have resolved the issue I’ll edit this review for the benefit of other customers.
