We had a Recent horrible experience! !! We found a truck we really wanted online, we are from MO and truck in AZ, a previous customer came in and got denied for this same truck. (Needed a !! We were approved and we are out of state, so had all the numbers done to ship the truck to us. While all this was happening, this denied customer came back after we were approved (with his cosigner) they wouldn't send us paperwork or signature options and sold the truck from underneath us. Told us, because we are OUT OF STATE, theyd rather sell to a local buyer and not an customer that lives out of the state, said they will always choose Local over anyone else. We have been looking for months for this truck we really liked, and found it. It was ripped from our hands out of our control after they called us to tell us we are approved & 10 min later only to TEXT me and tell me how terribly sorry it was that it Sold to someone LOCAL instead (who was denied the day before and brought back his cosigner that was still deciding on approval for!!!!) LIVID. so if youre out of state, dont ever plan on buying from this Dealership, they will NOT accommodate you, they Bait and switch and scam you of your Time and your Credit!!!! More

Dealer "mandatory adds" what a joke and rip off and I am sure I am not the only one that they have done this to. We started this off with being told once we got to the dealership working a deal on a new Toy sure I am not the only one that they have done this to. We started this off with being told once we got to the dealership working a deal on a new Toyota camry hybrid that the price really is not the price as you have to buy the dealer added warranty such as paint protection, tint and door protection such as the cups that you see on some door handles. I asked to not add them as I am in the business and could spend less at my own dealership to have this done and they said it had already applied to the new car. Granted we bought this car sight unseen and we were told that it had just landed the day before and if we wanted the car we needed to get to the dealership first thing in thr morning or it could be sold to someone else, so we did. First off let me say they tried to low ball me on my trade a very desired toyota tacoma that after back and forth a few times they gave me a decent offer in my trade and we made the deal. After I was basically forced to by gap as now thanks to the more than 5k dealer mark up on forced adds I owed more than the value of the car. So I bought it. We left the dealer that day without the car because it was Sunday and they did not have anyone in service to add all the mandatory dealer adds and prep the car they said they would deliver the car to me on Monday morning and take my trade back to the dealership. We agreed to this. They did what they said and delivered the car and took the trade. Again I had never even seen the car until the deal was done and delivered to me. We were in love with the car and felt that we had done a fair deal not a great deal as we paid over MSRP. A day later a dust storm came in and that is when we noticed that they never even applied the paint protection that cost me over 5k. We took pictures and then started inspecting the car further to then find that they failed to put the door handle cups on that they said we had to buy. We were very upset and had a happy feeling that turned into a knot in our stomachs as we had been taken for a ride. We immediately took several photos and reached out to our sales rep letting him know and expressed our concern and dissatisfaction in this. He said someone would reach out to us and we got a call from someone in service that said sorry we must have missed that and wanted me to drive the car back to the dealership which it not close to me at all so that they could apply it. I told him that I was not interested in that and that I wanted my money back. Either sent to me or my lender. He said he would relay that to management and to this day not one person from management has called me back. I did get a call last night from someone at the dealership asking me if I was still interested in a new camry hybrid, I laughed so hard and told him how upset I was with the experience I had and that would I not only never buy another car or truck from and that I would never refer a friend to them. They have lost a loyal toyota buyer that has had many and loves toyota but these people are scam artists. He then told me he would have someone from management call me. Still have not heard from anyone. I have also not got my Survey from them that goes to toyota motor Corp. I'm sure that they changed my email so that it would go somewhere else. I have already reached it to toyota motor Corp on this matter and waiting for them to send me a survey. I will also be reporting them to the bbb and Gary harper from 3 on your side if they do not make this right. Again my husband and I are in the industry and we would never deliver such deceiving sales and service. We have ethics and this dealership does not. Again buyer beware of this scam as I know I am not the only one. Oh and FYI they sold my trade 3 days after listing in the website for 10k more than they offered me. So thay made a huge profit off if me. The least they could do is refund they money they stile from me. More
