I was in the market for a rav4 hybrid. They are hard to come by and everyone wants one. I get that. What I don't get was the way they had to treat me and my husband. We inquired about one They are hard to come by and everyone wants one. I get that. What I don't get was the way they had to treat me and my husband. We inquired about one of their cars online and were were fine with the price listed and figured it will be slightly more with taxes and doc fees, etc. We were told it was a first come first serve basis. They said cars are literally being sold as they pull them off the truck. I received a call from the salesman saying they have one and if I get there by 11:15 it's mine. I drove 45 miles to get there and arrived 11:10. We go see the car and it looks great! Get back inside and begin the paperwork. The salesman returned with the offer. Over $10,000 in markups and accessories. It was about 30% more than the MSRP. A 5k protection package. Wasn't told what it entailed, only that it could not be removed from the offer and we were alluded it to being a hybrid vehicle. After the 5k protection package which we were still clueless on what it was, there was another 5k in dealer accessories that entailed "protection" things like window tint, paint protectant, and some other things that were inflated in price that would've made sense being in the actual protection package. $499 that said something like "dealer decal" (license plate frame maybe?) They also offered our trade in 4K below what their website offered us from their DASH system and they never looked at our car yet to justify why it came back so low compared to their website offer. As we talked to our salesman about the vehicle and had the keys and car right in front of us, he took our counteroffer back to management and returned and said someone was also here willing to pay all the markups and it is now sold. The salesman did tell us they do however have a similar model coming any day and this time it will be mine so they can make up for it. They agreed to remove 5k of the dealer addons and increase the trade by 1k, I wasn't happy with the trade offer still but willing to negotiate later. It was understandable that the other 5k markup wasn't removed because every dealership is doing about 5k right now. I get a call the next day saying the car is here and ready for me. Great! 45 miles later we get there and wait and wait. We watched as our salesman was working with someone else to sell a car right next to us the whole time without speaking to us at all. An hour later of waiting, a man came to talk to us and tells me that some error in the system or some other department sold it. Uhm WHAT? But they said they'll make it up to us again. We can reserve any car we want and it's ours for sure. No deposit. They said they don't allow reservations but they allow it for us. He said he will get us waters and our salesman will be right with us to look at the list of cars. He never returned. After another 45 min to an hour later of watching our salesman work a deal with someone else that didn't work out because something was wrong with her license so they left, he finally came over to us with a laptop and we looked at the list of rav4s being brought in. We picked the car we wanted and he typed our name next to it. While looking at this list of cars we noticed some notes next to the vehicles that were reserved and on hold for other people and employees, which I was told they didn't do. He said he will let us know updates about the shipment and said it will be here in 1-2 weeks. Over a week goes by and had not received any form of communication. I had to constantly ask if there was any update and had to call the dealership after I wasn't getting a reply from texts. We were finally told it was delayed by a day and will tell us when it arrives. Finally after 2 days of it being delayed and not being told at all, it finally arrived. We had our hearts set on this car because it was everything we wanted down to the color without waiting 6-9 months at another dealership with all the specs we wanted. Another 45 miles later, we get there and they give us the offer page and I was ready to finish the offer on our trade in or at least get an explanation at why they aren't honoring their web offer. Nope. They basically said take the offer we gave you or leave it because there's nothing else we will do. At this point, I was tired of attempting to negotiate with them and just said we will take it so we can leave and never come back. I am so disappointed I gave them my business and money but I was tired of waiting. I am typing this as there are 16 signs within eyesight at every window and wall saying "delivering the 5-star experience". Yeah, it sure didn't feel like that. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the finance people to finish their meeting before we can finish. Since I can't give zero stars, I am giving my star to Jon from finance. He was great at his job, full of knowledge, and made our experience more bearable for the last few minutes. He was transparent, loved his job, and made the situation nice as best he can. More

Thanks to Michael Gagne in financing as well! Very friendly, and a great sense of humor! Well worth the drive! My only negative comment was the 2 girls in front as you walk in. Not very friendly, or accommodating. I was not even welcomed in, they continued to talk to a gentlemen, until I asked for Sean. Anyhoo, don’t let that deter you, and ask for Sean Neel!! You will not be disappointed!! A genuine caring, polite, and respectful human being!! Thank you for making what can be an intimidating experience, a much delightful, relaxing one!! More

The sales man i originally spoke with admitted the ad was a typo which is fine but that Was how the car was advertised. The 2nd sales man said to go ahead and come in and he’d go ahead and get the car ready for me. So i get there and I’m now told they never had the car on their lot.i showed the sales guy my screen prints from their website showing the vin and the asking price. He still insisted they didn’t have the car, while he stepped away for a moment i snuck out to the lot where i found the car on the sales lot. When i brought it to his attention that i found the car he commented that someone was going to be in trouble for pricing the car wrong. We went back inside the dealership and he went to have a talk with his manager. When he came back out he informed me that the car that was never there had been sold. This dealership is to large to conduct such shady business More
