I would absolutely recommend Camelback Toyota to anyone! I took my Tundra in to get some new tires and a few other services. Adam Pasang was great! I have never witnessed incredible customer service like this before! He made sure that I was informed and updated on my vehicles status at every opportunity. He recommended some extra services to me, and showed me all the photos that helped me make an informed decision. His customer service was absolutely above and beyond the standard. I will be coming back here for my next services! I have never been more satisfied leaving a dealership than I was today. Once again the service that I received at Camelback Toyota was prompt and efficient, as well as friendly and dedicated to my satisfaction. My nine year old Avalon Hybrid needed a few maintenance updat Toyota was prompt and efficient, as well as friendly and dedicated to my satisfaction. My nine year old Avalon Hybrid needed a few maintenance updates, and my service representative, Cesar Ojeda, gave me an accurate estimate of time and cost. He has professionally helped me for a few years now, and always sincerely works to optimize the service outcome. Cesar cannot do anything about the 3% fee for use of a credit card, which is the only thing at Camelback Toyota that seems out of character. More
