Dropped my car off before 9 for a 9am appt was told up to 2 hours. I started calling at 12 but my advisor was not answering at his extension. I kept calling. Finally I talked to chase and he transferred m to 2 hours. I started calling at 12 but my advisor was not answering at his extension. I kept calling. Finally I talked to chase and he transferred me to parts because I told him my advisor Andre was not picking up. West in parts said my car is ready. This was at 130. I went to the dealership and Andre was nonchalant and didn't answer when I asked when my car was ready. On the paperwork it said 10:52. I don't know when he planned on letting me know. More
I had a very negative experience here. The "numbers guy" conveniently "forgot" to use the sales price of the vehicle I wanted and instead intended to charge me the full listed price, without the including t conveniently "forgot" to use the sales price of the vehicle I wanted and instead intended to charge me the full listed price, without the including the dealers rebate (which was over 3K). I am so grateful I had done my homework. When I pointed the discrepancy out, the poor sales guy said..."oh, let me check and fix it"....my response is that you can't fix the snake oil salesman mentality of most car dealers....esp if you are a woman...really disappointed. I will do business else where....I can't support a business that so blatantly tried to screw me. In addition, when the sales person came back with the numbers, they had added on several on several thousand dollars of things I had not asked for and did not want and were going to give me a 5.99% interest rate. The advertised interest rate for my chosen car is 0.9 % for 60 months and 2.9 % for 72 months for people with good credit, which I have. So to sum this fiasco all up: I expected based on my research to finance $40ish K at 0.9 or 2.9%, what the numbers guy drew up for me was financing 50ish K at 5.99%. So much for the DASH program....supposed to make the car buying experience so easy and pleasant even....the only way I DASHED was on my way out the door. Again, really disappointed. More

Very shady sales reps and horrible customer service!! I had inquired about a recent trade-in that was listed on Cars.com but did not have any pictures posted. When this dealership contacted me, I asked fo had inquired about a recent trade-in that was listed on Cars.com but did not have any pictures posted. When this dealership contacted me, I asked for them to send a video if possible. They sent me pictures of the vehicle which I was very interested in. I told them that I was from out of town and that I would be picking up the car by the end of the week. I was advised that it would be perfect since the vehicle still had to be detailed being a recent trade-in. I was also advised that since I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, the finance department would be reaching out to me to begin the paperwork, which they never did. Several hours later, I decided to email them again to follow up and another sales rep called me. I explained to him what had happened earlier and that I wanted to know if: 1- the vehicle was still available. 2- he could send me additional pictures or video of the vehicle. 3- there was like a 7 day return policy, if not satisfied, since I was willing to purchase the vehicle just by looking at pictures or video. Sales rep: 1- confirmed the vehicle was still available. 2-agreed to send me pictures or video within 15- 20 minutes. 3-stated they did not offer a 7 day, maybe a 3 day but that he was going to look into that and reach out to me. Four hours later, I texted the sales rep to check up on him. He texted back that the vehicle was sold, end of that I thought. Next day, later on in the evening, my girlfriend noticed that the vehicle was still posted on Cars.com and the dealership's website. She decided to email them to see if the vehicle was not purchased after all. Following morning, another sales rep called my girlfriend while I was with her and confirmed that the vehicle was still available. She explained the situation of us being out of town and that her brother, who lives in Phoenix, was willing to go check out the car for us. He advised that her brother go and check it out as soon as possible to avoid being sold. At that moment, I jumped on the call to ask the sales rep why the other one told me that the vehicle was no longer available a couple of days ago. He was baffled by the question, immediately pretended to confirm with another sales rep that the vehicle was indeed sold, and hung up. All I have to say is if someone is really interested in a vehicle, is willing to purchase it just by pictures, and travel several hundred miles to pick it up, the sales reps should be more professional, be on the same page, and be more committed to serving their possibly longtime customers. As for me, I am very disappointed with this experience and will not do any business with this dealership. Hopefully, others will not have to go through this like I did. More
I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in our dealings with Camelback Toyota. We had a previous positive experience and chose to return here for our next vehicle. Now, I'm wishing we had gone somewhere el with Camelback Toyota. We had a previous positive experience and chose to return here for our next vehicle. Now, I'm wishing we had gone somewhere else. The biggest complaint is their lack of follow through and misrepresentation. There were many discrepancies in information we were given during the sales process regarding the vehicle we were looking at and the different trim levels. This included price, what was included in certain trim levels and what was not, and availability of the cars. I felt like our salesperson would tell us what we wanted to hear so we would keep taking the next step forward. In fairness, there were apologies made to us, but this was still frustrating and dampened my level of trust. Then, during the purchase of our car, some of the paperwork had to be signed at our house. We were told we would be mailed our copies. This took 4 weeks and 5 phone calls to 3 different people. Next, we were emailed something that needed to be signed. I had questions about this so I reached out to the business manager. I have left 3 phone calls and still no answer. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I hope this does not continue to happen. In the future, we will be taking our business elsewhere. More

I have bought several new Toyota pickups over 36 years. This experience was not good, I didn't get to test drive the vehicle because someone else was on the way to buy the same vehicle so I had to sign the This experience was not good, I didn't get to test drive the vehicle because someone else was on the way to buy the same vehicle so I had to sign the paperwork quickly before the other buyer got there and they had arrived at the airport. I live in so.cal. called the day before to wire the money for the vehicle so they could hold it for me, they would not. Camelback told me I had to get there 1 hour before they open and wait to make sure I was there before any other buyer. I left so.cal at 4am to be on time and still wasn't sure if I would get the vehicle. Hopped in the vehicle to test drive, the salesman got a call the other buyer was on the way, I was informed of this and immediately hopped out of the vehicle to fill out paperwork. I didn't get to test drive it until I paid cash for it and was on the way home. But the worst part was Mike from finance not paying me for my trade in. Mike said I would get a check in the mail in 30 days, guess what I called him to find out why no check and he told me Camelback did not owe me anything, so I had to make copies of the transaction and send it to him (Mike) at that point the gig was up and Mike told me he would send a check for my trade, I heard that weeks ago, so we'll see. But to top that off no apology. Wow bottom of the bucket. Watch out! Randy Parker More
