I've had 2 sales experiences with them. The first was in late 2009 when I tried to buy a Prius from them. They tried to upcharge me $3000 over sticker price claiming "the Prius was in such high demand". I late 2009 when I tried to buy a Prius from them. They tried to upcharge me $3000 over sticker price claiming "the Prius was in such high demand". I called around and ended up buying it AT STICKER from Earnhardt Toyota instead. Now in 2017 it's time for me to get a new Prius. I thought I'd try Camelback again since they are right down the block from where I live. This time they again tried to upcharge me, and insisted on $3500 over and above sticker price! Here's the last thing they told me "Your price is $3500.00 over MSRP. If you have questions on the pricing please contact our New Car Sales Manager. Thanks in advance for your time. J. J. Testa Commercial Fleet Sales Manager Camelback Toyota Scion " I again called Earnhardt and am again buying my new Prius from them. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CAMELBACK TOYOTA, They only get away with ripping people off like this until enough people refuse to buy from them. UPDATE: I now have a confirmed order from Earnhardt Toyota for a Prius Prime AT STICKER. The sales manager at Camelback Toyota is saying incorrect things below to justify their false additional markup. More

We had smooth experience with our purchase at Camelback Toyota. We found a pre-owned Highlander online that checked all of our boxes, so I emailed in to get a quote. Ali responded with a video tour of the Toyota. We found a pre-owned Highlander online that checked all of our boxes, so I emailed in to get a quote. Ali responded with a video tour of the vehicle, which was much appreciated. He then followed up with the price, which was exactly as listed along with the usual taxes and fees. This was already an improved experience compared to another dealership, where after calling in about a car we saw online, we went in to test drive and they wanted to add thousands of dollars in dealership fees to the online price on top of the usual taxes and fees. We met Ali at the dealership and after seeing and driving the car in person, we decided to complete the purchase. It was straightforward since we were paying cash. We did have to wait a bit since they were quite busy, but nothing unexpected. Jonathan in the Finance dept was able to move us quickly through the signing process. All in all, we appreciated the straightforward pricing and service, would recommend Camelback Toyota and Ali/Jonathan. More
