The car I bought was great but after driving home I noticed a high beam was out. I was told there was a complete inspection of the car and clearly there wasn’t. I contacted my dealer who told me they’d get it resolved and never got a reply back after that and have been avoided. Same situation with his manager... I have called and spoken with over 30 employees and gotten nowhere. I showed up to the dealership and after 4 hours they told us they don’t have the right bulb and they will order it and call when it is there. A month later I have not heard back. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. It had been a total nightmare trying to solve a MINOR issue. I looked into having this fixed at the Volkswagen dealership but it would cost me over $100 and I feel it is Camelback Toyota’s responsibility to solve the issue that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. More

Ali was great. Was very accommodating and knowledgeable in guiding us through the purchase. Considering we want to spend as little time at the dealership due to Covid, Ali went out of his way to accommodat in guiding us through the purchase. Experience was not as "smooth and seemless" as advertised on TV. Salesperson had to be CONTINUALLY asked to wear his mask; sales person knew from inter action the day before that there was a high probabilit on TV. Car was not ready--not cleaned or detailed. We ended up waiting long periods of time -- salesperson appeared to be lost at times. After paying for the car, we examined the car and found some marks on the right front fender that needed to be attended to--salesman at first said he didn't see them; both my wife and I told him we could see them. He reluctantly took the car to the back; after about 30 minutes he returned--the marks were still there. He told us to "just take the car today and have it attended to when we come back." I told him that was NOT an option; that he needed to have the problem fixed BEFORE I left with the car--told him we had already been requested to sign papers by the finance manager about the car's condition. Again, he reluctantly took the car to the back to be worked on; this could all have been attended to prior to us arriving at the dealership or even while we spent time with the finance manager. We do like the car--just not what we ended up going through to get the car. More

Never again! I have just under 6000 miles on my 2019 Camry, purchased October 2019 and these people keep telling me that I need my third service! I took it in and some service agent, who’s name didn’t m Camry, purchased October 2019 and these people keep telling me that I need my third service! I took it in and some service agent, who’s name didn’t match his name tag, tried to talk me into an alignment! I’ve been driving for 50 years and pretty much can tell when my vehicle needs an alignment. So, I refuse that service and he tells me that it will be 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No way! That’s why I make appointments. I left in a huff and called another Toyota dealer who informed me that my vehicle was under recall and needed the fuel pump replaced as it could stall at high speed! Seriously! Not a word. Not a call from CT! I’m done! Don’t go there or to any of their other dealerships. I’m going with Riverview Toyota in Mesa from now on. Amazingly greedy people at Camelback and not very thorough. Goodbye! More
